Service Rates
All Prices are GST inclusive
In-Store – $99 per hour
We charge a flat hourly in-store fee of $99 per hour we work on your problem at either our Richmond or Penrith store.
Remote Work – $60 per 30 minutes
For some business and home clients, we can offer remote work at a rate of $60 per 30 minute block. One of technicians can log in to your computer from our office and fix software issues without the need to come to you.
Onsite – $132 per hour in Sydney
We charge a flat hourly rate of $132 per hour in Sydney , with no additional call out fee*. Our minimum charge is one hour, then after that, we’ll charge you in increments of 15 minutes.
* Call out fees or parking reimbursement are applicable to customers located outside the Greater Sydney area and in the inner city. All Prices are GST inclusive.
Service Contracts
We can work with your business to make a tailored contract to suit your business’s needs, giving you access to all our services for a simple, flat, yearly charge. Our fees for Service Contracts will vary from case to case. Call Little Computer People on 1300 885 218 to find out more.
On-site and remote support
Our strong onsite work has made Little Computer People the company it is today. Our talented technicians are friendly, punctual and able to communicate IT issues in everyday language that won’t leave you feeling confused. Once you know what’s going on with your technology, we’ll work with you to come up with the best way to go about fixing it, taking into account your ideas, budget and more to come up with a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs.
Sometimes, an onsite visit might not be necessary, and we can have one of our technicians remotely take control of your computer to fix the problem. Where possible, remote work can be an efficient, cost-effective solution to simple IT issues.
