If your troubleshooting hasn’t solved your computer issues, our experienced technicians are on hand to help you, situated here in Richmond.
We can repair, install, service, and upgrade your Windows or Mac laptop or desktop computer or smartphone, tablet, or any other electronic device:
• In our local shop – we’re open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, or
• Onsite at your home or business – call us on 1300 885 218, or
• Remotely (for software-related issues).
Richmond and Hawkesbury district locals trust the Little Computer People because we’ve been servicing this district since 2006.
A Simple Flat Fee
You’ll pay just $99 per hour (including GST) for labour when you bring your computer or device to our shop for repair.
Or, if you’d like us to visit your business premises or home, you’ll only pay $132 per hour (including GST) in Richmond or anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area. There’s no extra call- out fee. You’ll be charged for a minimum of one hour, then in 15-minute increments.
You’ll pay even less if we can sort your software issues remotely – that means one of our technicians will ask your permission to log into your computer from our office. You’ll pay $60 for each 30-minute block.
